Batchworth Lock Canal Centre

You can take a short cruise on the Batchworth Ferry or just enjoy this thriving and historic section of the canal. The Centre contains information about the history of the canal and is set in an attractive lock-side location.

Batchworth Lock Canal Centre is the Northern Gateway to the Colne Valley Regional Park, new signs have been installed as part of the Lottery Landscape project. For a bit of family fun, you can pick up an Activity sheet or download here
