Join Mindfulness Coach and Forest Bathing guide Anna Schofield, to discover the soothing benefits of mindfully appreciating nature at the Aquadrome.

During this walk, you will be guided to use your senses to experience the sights, sounds and smells. Pausing at various spots to engage with the plants, trees and wildlife, your awareness will be heightened and your appreciation of this natural environment increased.

This is one of a series of community engagement events this springtime, hosted by the Leisure Team at Three Rivers District Council, where you can not only learn more but enjoy a fantastic, memorable activity.

There will be an opportunity to enjoy the experience creatively along the way, making art in nature and there’ll also be time afterwards to relax with refreshments from the café. Chat with Anna and Elaine, the Council’s Heritage & Culture Officer, to learn more about the planned works for preserving and caring for this wonderful nature reserve.

This is the perfect activity if you’re looking for time out and a wellbeing boost.

Suitable for people aged 16 +
Please be aware that this walk may not always follow the main pathways and may include some uneven ground.
