Easter fun on the canal for kids with Rickmansworth Waterways Trust
Hop aboard for a magical Easter adventure your children will love! Join them for a gentle canal boat trip from Batchworth Lock, where young imaginations come alive with a fun, engaging story – followed by an exciting Easter egg hunt.

What to expect
- Gentle canal trip along the Grand Union Canal from Rickmansworth on one of their narrowboats.
- Easter-themed storytelling.
- Easter egg hunt, and all kids get a delicious chocolate Easter egg.
- Parents can sit back and relax with a hot drink and a hot cross bun.
- Squash and biscuits on board for children.
- Extra refreshments available at the lockside café, Café@Lock81.
- The experience lasts around one hour, including the egg hunt.

- £12 per child · £8.00 per adult.
- Suitable for children from 2 – 11 yrs.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Babies under 12 months go free and do not need to be booked.
