We have already introduced Cattle at Stocker’s Lake and we will shortly be introducing cattle to the Misbourne Meadow in Denham Country Park to enhance the biodiversity of the meadow as part of our Conservation Grazing Project. We need volunteers to help us take care of these beautiful gentle creatures and make sure they are happy and healthy.

Lookers Training – learn how you can help us keep an eye on the cattle.

Join us for an educational evening at Colne Valley Visitor Centre in Denham Country park and learn how conservation grazing enhances biodiversity and you can help spot happy healthy cows on your local walks.

Topics include:

  • Introduction to cow anatomy
  • What to look out for on your walk
  • How to assess cattle wellbeing
  • Learn report any concerns.

Everyone welcome. No experience needed. Cake and refreshments provided.
