Groundwork South, Managing agent to the Colne Valley Park CIC
The multitude of lakes in the Colne Valley is one of its main features and many of the lakes provide ideal venues for sailing enthusiasts. Other popular water sports include canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing and model boating.
There are several clubs in the park, many of which offer facilities such as car parking and a club house. You can find out more about individual clubs below, and further information can be obtained from the Colne Valley Park Visitor Centre.
Broadwater Lake is situated close to the Grand Union Canal and the River Colne. Once a gravel pit it is now a very attractive stretch of water providing one of the largest sailing lakes in the Thames Valley.
