The Lammas is just a short walk from Staines Town Centre. The recreation ground at Wraysbury Road provides a pleasant contrast to the bustle of the main shopping centre. The Lammas marks the southern most point of the Colne Valley and is an ideal starting point for both the Colne Valley Way and numerous other local walks. The Park has a wealth of facilities, which include football, tennis, croquet, putting ang giant chess, together with a childs paddling pool and extensive play area. The Park also commands a delightful Thames-side location and is the venue for band concerts and children's entertainment throughout the Summer.
