Riding is very popular in the Colne Valley. There are a variety of routes and riding is available in the country parks.
A long distance ride of 45 miles, Heron's Way, starts at Willetts Lane off the A412 at Denham and connects with Swan's Way at Bledlow. Riders can also enjoy a circular route from Bayhurst Wood in Harefield which takes in the Denham Country Park. A growing network of traffic free bridleways offer a variety of routes for riders of all ages. There are a number of stables in the Colne Valley for those who do not own their own horses.
