Circular Walks

1. Denham (Nine Stiles)

A 5½ mile walk through the countryside of South Bucks. Starting from the Colne Valley Park Visitor Centre the route passes through historic Denham village, beside hedgerows, through farmland and along the Grand Union Canal.

2. Iver

A 4¾ walk situated in the countryside of South Buckinghamshire. The route passes along country footpaths, alongside the River Colne and beside Little Britain Lake. This circular walk also makes use of the towpath of the Slough Arm of the Grand Union Canal.

3. Wraysbury

A 4½ mile walk in Wraysbury parish. The route passes through Wraysbury village, the National Trust Ankerwycke estate and beside the Colne Brook and attractive lakes.

4. Rickmansworth Lakes

A 6 mile walk in the north-west of the Colne Valley Park. The route passes alongside lakes, the River Colne, Grand Union Canal, through ancient woodland and chalk farmland near Rickmansworth and Harefield.

5. Staines Moor

A 3¼ walk situated to the south-west of London. The route passes alongside the Rivers Thames, Colne and Wraysbury and through Staines Moor.

6. Old Shire Lane

A 8¼ mile walk following part of the Old Shire Lane between Chorleywood and Denham then looping back through the village of West Hyde and over chalk farmland.

7. Chalfont Park

A 5 mile walk situated on the eastern edge of the Chilterns near Chalfont St. Peter. The route passes through open farmland, Beech woodlands, along the Old Shire Lane and beside the River Misbourne.

A 7 mile walk through the countryside of Hillingdon. The route passes alongside canals, rivers.
